We had a large tree fall on the house during a thunderstorm. Simpatico fixed the damage to the roof and managed the interior repairs (where the branches poked all the way through. They were very responsive and transparent. They worked quickly and stayed on schedule. The kept the job site nice and clean, which is always appreciated. Would definitely work with them again.

Nate and his team are best in class! They went above and beyond my expectations for my re-roof project in Zeeland. Pricing was extremely fair. They had to replace a bunch of decking and re-supported trusses that were water damaged. They were very detailed in how they did over 50 feet of brick flashing, which caused issues in the past. They took pictures and shared with me along during the project. Great communication and spent a lot of time to explaining their approach. Left my place spotless. I would highly recommend.

Nate worked on our attic ventilation—making sure everything was connected and vented to code, and adjusting the fans and vents for optimal air flow. He was really friendly and information, worked quickly but carefully, and made recommendations based on what was best for us at a reasonable price, as opposed to trying to talk us into more work than what was needed. He sent us photos of his work before, during, and after, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Nate (Simpatico) did a great job in replacing our roof. We had a branch pierce our roof and Nate was able to fully document the damage via photos and help us with our insurance claim. I had a major project on my home, which included a new roof. Nate not only came out to look at the roof, but also helped me learn of the issues that are happening and why they were happening. Once inspected we found even more problems in the attic. Nate and his crew worked with me and my contractors to get this major undertaking taken care of, but were also flexible due to family matters that were ongoing. The roof looks amazing, the attic work was done better than I could have imagined and the honesty from a business is something rare today. Simpatico Roofing was recommended by many people on my neighborhood's Facebook page. I initially contacted them for a roof leak, but ended up getting much more than a repair after Nate explained and showed me all of the issues going on. He was professional and very responsive, which is often lacking with contractors I've worked with before. Job well done.

Nate from Simpatico was recommended by a friend and he did a great job for us. We needed some flashing replaced/repaired as well as some exhaust vents installed in the roof to connect to existing and future bathroom exhaust fans. Nate identified some smaller issues that he repaired as well that would ensure our roof deck would be as water-tight as possible. Several days of hard rains this summer proved that our roof was not so water-tight. I would hire again and refer to others.
